Barbell Sport – Olympic Weightlifting led by Coach Zachary Thiel
For those looking to become more dynamic, powerful, explosive and dial in on their barbell technique in the clean & jerk and snatch, you’ve come to the right place.
Lean Lifting led by Coach Jen Shaw.
This program is designed specifically for women who want to go heavy and perfect their Olympic lifting skills and technique. This is the perfect opportunity to gain a solid foundation and work on the specifics with one of RBG’s top female coaches.

“THIS IS NOT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO GET A MET-CON IN.” This exclusive class is ideal for anyone, at any level, to develop “As RX’d Strength” and much, much more! Members will learn and utilize new and highly effective exercises to create strength in all areas! Class size is kept small so the focus is on each individual, while also allowing time to dissect each movement in detail – optimizing strength gains. The STRICTLY STRENGTH CLASS is the perfect supplement to indoor CrossFit programs and Bootcamps, and will have you crushing “Rx’d” weights.
