The RedBlack Gym is excited to host Kettlebell Training! RBGym Kettlebell is a 45 minute program designed to increase strength, muscular endurance and your overall ftiness level. This program is open to men and women of all fitness levels.
- Pre Req: Kettlebell Elements is required before starting the Kettlebell Program – this is a one time 45 minute introduction to Kettlebells with you and your Kettlebell coach.
